People with dog ears and tail but Human like hands and feet unlike Wolffolk.

Biology

They are not the smartest species nor are they particularly strong or long living but they have an excellent sense of smell.

Culture

Dogfolk value loyalty above everything else. That doesn’t just apply to the army but also to the workplace, relationships and families. But this loyalty needs to be earned by demonstrating virtues behaviour.

They can be loyal to virtuous individual of other Species too.

Slavery

Dogfolk are often captured and sold as slaves. Especially Dogfolk being born into slavery are often very loyal to their master if they were treated well since they don’t value freedom as much as most other Species.

Warfare

Their loyalty is a huge asset in warfare since they are willing to follow orders more reliably then other Species. This also makes them excellent mercenaries. Thanks to their high population numbers they can relatively easy rally large armies. Which compensated for the majority of them having little to no Magical abilities.

Their preferred weapons are halberds and crossbows. They also try to equip their soldiers in plate armour if they can afford it. They rarely deploy cavalry.

Reproduction

Dogfolk have offspring more early on their life and they tend to have more children compared to many species which leads to their population growing quickly if enough resources are available.
